- The family contacted Barry initially to arrange a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) due to their elderly mother’s declining health.
- Sadly their mother passed away while awaiting for the LPA to be registered by the Office of Public Guardianship. As a will was available, probate was required, and we were able to support the family in their probate application.

Following an initial chat with family members Barry began the process of organising an LPA and helped their mother update her existing will.
